Free Delivery on orders over R1500
- Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
- All orders over R1500 qualify for free delivery.
- Customers may also request delivery to a Pudo locker.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 days of placement. Please keep in mind dispatch days.
- Delivery typically takes an additional 1-2 days.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
High-Risk Areas
- Certain areas classified as high-risk by the courier company may incur an additional shipping fee.
- You can either pay the additional fee or request to have your order redirected to the nearest Courier Guy Kiosk for collection.
- If your order qualifies for free shipping and your address is in a high-risk area, your order will be sent to your nearest Courier Guy Kiosk for collection.
